One of our products is the Universal CKMTA12 On-Board Twin High Performance Air Compressor, designed as a compact-sized yet high-volume compressed air source to suit the needs of most air-powered tools, as well as the actuation and control needs of the original air lockers and the harsh and demanding environment of the air locker users.
This air compressor is constructed entirely of lightweight, high-strength engineering-grade materials, making it ideal for air lockers, tire inflators, air horns, air tools, and pneumatic tools. It features a universal design, making it a suitable replacement for a variety of applications.
The CKMTA12 comes with a complete wiring loom, pressure switch, mounting bolts, and washers, making installation easy. It operates at 12 volts and has a no-load current draw of 28A and a load current draw of 50A. The air flow rate is 174 L/min at 0 bar (6.16 CFM at 0 psi) and 130 L/min at 2 bar (4.65 CFM at 29 psi), with a 1/4" NPT outlet port.
The compressor is equipped with a pressure switch that opens at 10.5 bar (150 psi) and closes at 8.8 bar (135 psi), as well as an overpressure safety valve that opens at over 12.0 bar (150 psi). It also features internal thermal protection to prevent extreme temperature damage and dual-type Maxi-fuses for professional online circuit protection and circuit redundancy.
